They're great. Have purchased before and was very satisfied. This time bought 2 chairs. They smelled bad when I got them home (didn't pay for delivery). Called a couple days later, told Nancy I was gonna try a couple things to get rid of the smell. She told me to let her know. A week later I stopped in the store, picked out 2 more chairs and because they were delivering near me, they switched out the chairs for me!!! (She had also offered me a refund or a store credit) This would be my 3rd time purchasing here. Will def go again!

I wanted to support this business, but the experience made that difficult. I witnessed another black customer receive a very unwelcoming attitude, and when I went in right after, I was treated no differently. There’s a difference between being busy and being dismissive, and this felt like the latter. No matter who walks through the door, a basic level of respect and courtesy should be the standard. Until that improves, I wouldn’t recommend the experience.

I love the owners and workers. They are so friendly. And have a big heart. I needed a bed and they work with me till i paid it off. Good people are hard to fine. But i did and very thankful.

Lovely furniture showroom in an easy to find location in Lakeland. The owners, John and Nancy, are caring, friendly and down to earth. The staff are also friendly and approachable which gives this fine store the likeability factor. Plenty of things on display and very reasonable fee for delivery. Upon delivery nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to returning once we settle a bit into our home. Thank you for showing us that southern hospitality is not a thig of the past! Two big thumbs up!!
