Kingsdown's business practice is to NOT HONOR their WARRANTY. They have a "work arounds" to get get out of honoring it. The warranty is worthless. We purchased a nice high-end Kings Down mattress in 2021. 6 months later noticed a dip in the mattress. They came out & only measured a .5' dip using a level and pressing on the spots in question. (At that time, when you laid on it, it's at least 1.50- 2" dip indent. Apparently the top level will re-coil back so when measuring it will be within "range". ) So...….we waited. Called them back in 2024 because we were tired of rolling into a hole. This time, they only use a laser & will not press down at all to measure. It came back with 0" dip indent, no issue at all. LOL! So my mattress magically healed itself after 3 more years. I actually have the warranty inspection paperwork from 2021 to prove it had .50" and now 0"! Note: They changed the tools they use to measure indents because they don't want to honor their warranty. It's worthless!!! They are criminals selling high end mattress that are junk. RUN!
