We visited 5 different mattress dealers in 4 hours. These ladies exceeded our expectations. They were courteous, thoughtful, and allowed room to breath. No over powering sales pitch. No, "I am an expert." Just a help yourself attitude. Being in sales I understand the one minute to win it ideal. Marni was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Needless to say after a long day we weighed our top perspectives and went with the Dreamcloud premier. With the guarantee backing and the know how we were sold not only on the service that was provided, but the item we purchased. Great job ladies and as always thank you for listening to your customers!!

Went into the store to try a mattress with the intention of ordering online. Marni was so informative with information and answered all the questions we had while trying out different mattresses they had in stock. She wasn't pushy at all and told us often to stay on the mattresses for longer than we were. Even allowed me to play with the several adjustable beds they had to compare them as well and letting us know what she liked. She didn't try to sell us what we didn't want nor attempt to push us towards one product over another. In the end, we ended up buying the mattress in-store as she provided great customer service unlike big furniture stores who just can't leave you alone. We ended up buying an adjustable frame as well which had to be ordered as it wasn't in stock. Then a surprise to us, she upgraded our frame to one they had in stock a few days later. When we went to pick it up, there she was helping us load the heavy frame onto the trailer while wearing high heels. I would have recommended this store without the upgrade!! Small store with a very knowledgeable employee who enjoyed her job!

I will go here first in the future and recommend anyone does the same! Colton was very helpful, informative professional yet laid back, and not pushy at all. I was planning to buy a Purple mattress but am just thrilled with my Posh! American made, green, super warranty and anticipated mattress life, cushioning but firm. Appropriate price and lots of options in different price ranges, quality, materials and brands in the store
