My wife and I went to Jonathan Stevens after going through an unfortunate situation where our mattress ended up getting fiberglass all over our bedroom and home, even though it was supposedly certified fiberglass free. Needless to say, we were stressed and extremely cautious about purchasing another mattress. Thankfully, we met Regan, and he completely changed the experience for us. From the moment we started talking with him, we appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or trying to “sell” us something we didn’t need. Instead, he actually listened to what happened to us, asked questions about what we were looking for, and took the time to understand our concerns. His knowledge about mattresses, bedding, and sleep comfort was incredible, and because of that, he helped us find the PERFECT bed for our needs. We also ended up purchasing pillows, sheets, and mattress covers because we genuinely trusted his recommendations. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. Regan made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and easy. We will absolutely continue purchasing mattresses from Jonathan Stevens as long as they have people like Regan working there. Highly recommend!

Regan was the best! The nicest guy in Muskegon lol. No but for real, he was very honest, knowledgeable, great attitude and really worried about helping me out finding the perfect mattress.
