Ainsley was great and patience. I was going between two mattresses and I couldn't decide. She answered all my questions. When I finally decided on a mattress she made it quick and easy process.

They sold my daughter a bed a few years ago and when she moved some assembly parts were lost. When contacted, T&N was no help - they said the bed frame was discontinued. They could have given us a supplier, or a distributor who handles those parts but was no help at all. After several days and many hours of research, we finally found the parts from a distributor who handles these types of parts. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I bought my mattress here 3 years ago and still love it! I spent a good hour laying down on all the mattresses to test out what was more comfortable to me, and the options weren’t overwhelming, which I like. I got the king size original and always sleep so well. I came back today to get a mattress protector because my bed is very precious to me!

Very friendly staff. They have a greeter at the front desk that registers you in the queue if all the beds are being demo'd. Otherwise you are free to wait in their waiting area, it has kind of a modern feel to it? At the waiting area they had demos of their pillows for us to touch and feel before we got our opportunity to actually try them once a bed opened up. When we finally got our bed, we were notified by a Tuft & Needle assistant that a bed was ready. We got the opportunity to try the bed for, I'd say, around 20 minutes. No rush, no store assistant watching and waiting for us to leave the bed so they could demo to the next customer. Very relaxed 😌 At the end, I was convinced I should buy one of those beds and a couple pillows. Amazing to deal with, the staff could not help enough. There is no pressure to buy (even though we did) If you are looking for a new bed, I would thoroughly recommend paying them a visit.
