I had a great experience at Mattress by Appointment of Scottsdale. They have a huge variety of inventory to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable. Kim helped me throughout the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable about everything. She was super nice, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can tell she is a very hard worker who truly goes above and beyond for her customers. I highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a mattress and excellent customer service! Kim was amazing!!!! When I tell you she was such a life saver. She was able to find a mattress that helped with my back pain and that was also very comfy. I would definitely recommend her. And she came in last minute and was very friendly and helpful. You won’t regret it.

Such an easy-going experience to pick out mattresses for our family! We got a same-day appointment (thank you!). We were the only ones in the store and we could take as much time as we needed to pick between several mattresses, and all of them feel like a great value for each price point. There are enough options, and also not too many to be overwhelmed. Kim was so patient and made the experience very simple for us. We ended up with three different mattresses, and all of them were in stock!
