If I could give 100 stars, I would! I’m absolutely in love with my furniture that arrived today. Mark got me an incredible deal on a swivel chair that wasn’t in stock. It exceeded my expectations even more when it arrived. It’s incredibly soft, like sitting on a cloud. And my beautiful velvet bed with the built-in TV and fireplace is simply gorgeous. The Paxberry dresser and nightstand perfectly complement the bohemian, dreamy look I had in mind. They took the time to work with me and help me get financed with my not so stellar credit. I will definitely be buying from them again for all my future needs. Plus I cannot praise the delivery guys enough. Kudos to them for dragging all this furniture up two flights of stairs and setting it up so beautifully without any blemishes or mishaps. Ya’ll don’t waste your money anywhere else! Rooms to go left stickers on every piece of my dining table and trash everywhere. Thank you guys at Universal Furniture for truly going above and beyond and delivering solid beautiful high quality products at reasonable prices with exceptional service! I can’t say enough good things about ya’ll!

Felt like I was the only person he had to serve all day. Did rush me one bit. Then it was time to get delivered and that was great too. First off the came a day earlier just was fine with me. Fast, friendly and very respectful. Put everything in place and told me to have a great day. Also the beat the rain too. I would recommend this place to anyone.
