This location is not customer friendly. The man came out and said my order wasn't in the system. So while he investigated my receipt, The guy had me waiting in the hot sun on a 100° day for over 30 minutes without offering my wife and I to come inside the office where there was air conditioning.
View on GoogleGot to the wearhouse at 5:59 called them and they said they close at 6. And i told them i was here already and he said to come back tomorrow after i drove an hour and a half to get there. I asked if there was any way i could get it and he said no that he wasnt getting it that they were closed. And since he picked up the phone he was very rude and had a horrible attitude. But what im not understanding is why he picked up the phone in the first place if they were closed. Anyway ill probable never buy from matress firm again nor recommend anyone buy from them. It wouldve been one thing if he wouldve been nice about it but this guy was horrible.
View on GoogleWorst experience ever! Failure to deliver on the date I was promised then told me I can pickup from the warehouse. Rented a truck and arrived at the warehouse at 7 pm as I was told to get there before 8 since that is the time they close. The employee told me pickups end at 5 and that his system shuts down and that there's nothing he could do...poor communication from rep and bad experience.Never again!

View on GoogleDelivery docks are in the back of the building. Dock #5 for deliveries. I helped unload and I was out in 2 hours.
