I stopped by to take a chance after seeing the sign holders advertising a sale. I was warmly greeted upon entry and assisted with my purchase. Everything was explained to me in detail and was upfront. I face some credit challenges so I wasn't sure if I would qualify for anything, but with the no credit check financing, I was able to get the new mattress that I desperately needed. When I returned to pick up my mattress, I was greeted warmly again by a different staff member. The warehouse crew was also polite and very helpful in helping me get my mattress (It was in a box) into my car. Overall I was satisfied with my whole experience. I will be back to make future purchases.

The prices were very Reasonable, and all the Furniture was Quality Built. I am very satisfied with Universal Furniture Store in Chalmette.
