Universal Furniture - Chalmette

I stopped by to take a chance after seeing the sign holders advertising a sale. I was warmly greeted upon entry and assisted with my purchase. Everything was explained to me in detail and was upfront. I face some credit challenges so I wasn't sure if I would qualify for anything, but with the no credit check financing, I was able to get the new mattress that I desperately needed. When I returned to pick up my mattress, I was greeted warmly again by a different staff member. The warehouse crew was also polite and very helpful in helping me get my mattress (It was in a box) into my car. Overall I was satisfied with my whole experience. I will be back to make future purchases.

They have very nice furniture there for reasonable prices, a large selection, and salespeople were very helpful, and the whole process was very simple and quick. I absolutely love my new bed! I have slept like a baby since I've had it.

The customer service was great. I think Chelsie is a patient person. She took her time with my order and made sure all my questions was answered. I would definitely shop here in the future.

Very nice people to deal with. I tell my whole family and friends about the good service you receive.
