RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! :( Update. I would recommend abt electronics online for furniture. Better pricing, free delivery all the way to Houston. PHOTOS DON'T LIE BUT PEOPLE CAN. REVIEWS CAN BE FAKE TOO. BELIEVE YOUR EYES, SEE MY PHOTOS. I bought a sectional 1 year and 7 month ago. I love the comfort of it. It seemed to have a solid frame. The material seemed thick and tough, but now 1 year and 7 months later the material is decomposing rapidly. See the photos. I called and they said they could help me fix it. After seeing the pictures, they say there is nothing they can do. $1800 for what is now junk that cant be fixed. No help from the seller. I wish I would have seen a post like this before I went into the store. Look at all the fake views with 5 stars and it’s the only review. Could be store employees writing them all.

Horrible furniture quality and they cannot keep appointments. Ashely and Rania are super awesome. I’ve been dealing with damaged furniture for 2 months now that was purchased in July. To make matters worse they are no longer keeping the promise of fixing my product that they said they would fix because I left a review.

Julio was an awesome salesperson. The manager was timely with responses. Merchandise amazing.

I had the best experience at UR Home Furniture. Aislan greeted me and my family upon entering. She was kind, friendly and helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she showed us numerous models for us to choose from within our budget. She was extremely patient with us and I really appreciated that. She not only got what we were looking for- she also got us more items and the price remained within our budget. I was also very impressed by the vast selection that was in store and actually IN STOCK! Checkout was a very smooth process. Clarissa and Alexus were so sweet and the process was easy and we didn’t have to wait for a long time. I give this store four stars because of Aislan, Clarissa and Alexus. We were treated like family. ALSO DELIVERY WAS SET FOR THE NEXT DAY! I will always shop here because of these three women and the kindness that me and my family were shown. Tonya M.

so far, this has not been a good experience. paying close to $3K for furniture, promised a delivery time, waited 5 hours. the phone numbers don't work to the business, I had someone go to the store and it was closed during the posted business hours. seems like fraud and I will be filing a case. please do not shop here. Wish I hadn't.
