Pedro was really kind and personable and helped us out a lot when it came to making sure it would fit in our living room. It’s nice going to buy furniture and your sales person is understanding enough to not hover and give you space - and - check in and make sure you don’t have any questions. He was cool and we really appreciated his patience and help!

Craig Walker was amazing! He was incredibly helpful and took the time to show us several different options. He was super funny and made the entire experience enjoyable. I purchased this beautiful sectional June 2025. I purchased the protection plan thinking it would be worth it, for $600 and in January 2026 I made a claim to fix one of the springs that came out and as of today they still have not fix or updated me on this issue. Bottom line don’t purchase the protection plan exclusive offers you, I’m sure you can buy protection else where and get it fix asap for that price.
