This is my 3rd purchase from here and I love it. Aurora was helpful last night and made our purchase fast and easy.

Update: buy somewhere else!! Low quality defective junk!! Chest of drawers huge Crack bottom right, nightstand looked beat up and patched so i refused delivery of both called the store and reported defects during delivery process. 2nd time delivered looked like the original nightstand and refused again. Sent pictures during original delivery, spent $3000 for bedroom set which hasent even been used, waited a month for delivery, now another month. Location employee once asked me what i wanted?? I replied with the same question?? As a customer dont you want what you saw on the sales floor , not damaged product. When the location called and rescheduled delivery again, a delivery that required my time ,that was confirmed by Bel employee for today was somehow rescheduled without discussing with customer. Location shifts blame to corporate instead of taking responsibility. Location should have driven to warehouse and delivered directly to customer after all this time, and prioitized customer service but nope, totally unacceptable, horrible customer service. Buyer beware.. go to ashley, or american furniture warehouse ..save yourself the drama and deceit. Just want full refund for low quality products on unused junk!
