Caleb is your go to guy!!!! I had an unfortunate delivery incident twice and no one could figure out the dilemma. Caleb took charge and made sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Caleb for my beautiful new household of furniture. I so appreciate your patience, attitude, knowledge, and going above and beyond. I absolutely LOVE my new couch, bed, mattress, and dining room table. The quality and ease of my purchases was top notch!! You have a customer for life!! I appreciate you and all you do and have done. The couch was custom and my most FAVORITE piece EVER!!!! THANK YOU CALEB!!!!

I was looking for a reclining sofa for a spare room at an affordable price for about a month. I had been to quite literally every furniture store in N.E. Wisconsin searching for something that might work from a price versus quality standpoint. Honestly, it seemed like everyone had about the same type furniture at about the same pricing. I'm from Green Bay, so last week in a whim I drove down to Ashley in Oshkosh not really expecting much different. Stephanie greeted me very warmly and patiently listened to my story and what I was looking for. Without going into all the details, she was just so knowledgeable about Ashley products and the furniture market in general. Not only did she show me what was available in store, She had actual written notes and knew what was available in the warehouse and in the pipeline. She found me a sofa recliner that fit exactly what I was looking for at a price I found appealing. Then, after I called her back to make the purchase, she indicated that she would ship it up to the Green Bay store and it should be there within a week. The NEXT day I received a text from the Green Bay store saying my sofa was there and available to pick up. Talk about under promise and over deliver. Steph was just so kind and helpful. I've worked in media advertising sales for 25 years and really appreciate a good salesperson....which she definitely is! Well done 👍

I purchased several items today, and the store manager, Caleb, was excellent. It was clear he genuinely enjoys his job and took the time to work within my budget while helping me find pieces that matched my style. Overall, the experience was great. I left feeling confident in my purchase, knowing I received strong value without feeling any need to shop elsewhere. I highly recommend this store.

Ryan Peronto was our consultant at Ashley Furniture and he did an amazing job!! Got us set up with a new Tempurpedic bed and bed frame for an awesome deal! 10/10 would recommend

Gregory Lauber, great employee.. I have had at least 4 or 5 purchases thru him in the last 2 years. I have bought a couple friends in that have also made a number of purchases. Gregory is always very knowledgeable of all products and purchasing options and procedures. Gregory is a dedicated employee that should be retained and rewarded for his ability to retain customers.. Thank you Gregory and Ashley Outlet.
