Verlo Mattress

I came to this store today to discuss a sound bath I will do for their new store in Cypress. Karen introduced their business and gave me a great insight how mattresses are made and how you benefit from using them. The materials they use are all US made by local companies. I tried one of their top end mattress and have to say, I could easily doze off on it! I was happy to see that they have very good quality bedding sets like bamboo, Egyptian cotton, etc and pillows. I am very fussy about my beddings so I have to say I easily can chose from what they offer because they are all high quality! I love how passionate they are about their business and the customer service is second to none! I am certainly coming here again when it’s time to change our mattress! I warmly recommend Verlo Mattress to everyone!

We just received our Verlo mattress over the weekend, and have been very impressed so far! After a thorough walk through on the different mattress options and all they have to offer by owners Karen and John, we decided on a V9 Hybrid with firm latex on top and gel below. It’s pretty firm, which is exactly what we were looking for. I feel confident we’ll be happy with this mattress for a very long time. The delivery by Rae and Keene was great. They were both very kind and respectful. They arrived on time, wore boot covers in our home and made sure everything was perfect. Shopping with Verlo was a smooth and positive process start to finish! I would absolutely recommend them for anyone in the market for a mattress.

Hey Houston, Verlo Mattress is in town and it should definitely be one of your stops when shopping a new mattress. The entire experience from the sale floor to the delivery was A++++. Locally owned, with the service being very personable, professional and accommodating to our needs and price range. Plus, they custom make your mattress in-house. Rae and Keane delivered our mattress and bed frame on schedule, and were very communicative with delivery schedules. They were courteous and professional and very thorough. Another bonus is they are actually employees of Verlo and not a third party deliver service. Verlo is a mattress buying experience like no else.

Best mattress purchasing experience ever! First of all, the beds are comfortable. From the V1 to the V11, they all feel great. We've bought mattresses from other retailers that smell noxious for a week after opening. I never liked our old mattress, it was hot and sunk down after a couple of years. In order to take advantage of the warranty I had to prove that it sunk more than 1" or buy a whole new mattress. At Verlo, the mattresses can be custom built and they assemble everything locally from materials sourced in the USA. There was no noxious smell and if after 30 days, you're not sleeping better, they can make adjustments. If you need to get rid of an old mattress, it gets recycled, not added to a landfill. Bottom line: If you need a new mattress, foundation, adjustable base, sheets or pillows I highly recommend you try these guys.

John taught us so much about coils, latex, gel, cooking, softness, etc. he was so knowledgeable and patient with us while we found the perfect mattress (and base, and pillows)! Our mattress arrived quickly, delivery was seamless, and we are in heaven on the best mattress we’ve ever owned!!! Great warranty too! The coolest part is, when it’s time for a new one, we just have to replace the top. Cannot recommend this place and these people enough. Life changing!
