Victor was amazing! Nice and very Friendly. We had a great experience! He made us feel comfortable the entire time. He also had a great sense of humor and kept joking with us, which made the process enjoyable. We actually went to look at other places, and he joked that we would end up coming back — and he was right! We ended up purchasing a kitchen table from him and were even able to get same-day delivery. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience!

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Please beware of making purchase from BEL FURNITURE. In August,2025,purchased 3pc living room set. I am basically the only person sitting on the furniture and I'm a senior. In 8 months time,the frame has broken on sofa & discovered pieces poorly made. I have been trying since April to get replacement or monies refunded. Paid in full at time of purchase. No resolution. Manager,rude,no help in store, doesn't return calls. District manager,Troy,doesn't respond to emails and continually advised no number can be reached on. Hopefully,no one else has to go thru this. Still waiting...........Terrible customer service

We all agree that anybody can sell anything. But you would really appreciate someone go above and beyond to find what you’ve been looking for. That’s what I have experienced at this location. I was lucky to be transferred to Randy when I called the sells rep and asked for a dining set and it appears nowhere to be in stock but he didn’t just say sorry we don’t have it. We looked and looked till he got me exactly what I’m Looking for. Matched the online price, wrapped it and got everything lined up for my delivery date that I requested. Quality like that almost hard to find. I truly thankful that you get your money worth in attitude and service. Bel furniture should recognize Randy for his efforts and dedication. Thank you for making my purchase a pleasure experience and getting something I almost gave up on right to my house. Robert

Victor was such a pleasure to work with! This is an exciting time for us with our business merger and new offices to furnish. Victor was very knowledgeable about all of the furniture and its functionality. He was patient and very thorough. He stayed in constant contact with us to make sure we never felt abandoned in the process. Truly wonderful, family oriented sales rep to work with. No star. Worst customer service! I paid for dinning table cash and they sold my merchandise after keeping my money for a month without telling me anything. No text no calls no email never mentioned anything. Only offered a 25% discount for replacement.
