Verlo Mattress

It was such a great experience going in the store to choose our mattress. Jamie took all the time we needed to choose. We never felt rushed when when other people came in the store. He remained focused on us. Fantastic communication for delivery. Arrived right on time. Delivery people were very respectful. You know you're getting old when you get excited about a mattress. Understandable when it's a Verlo mattress!

We recently stopped in at Verlo Mattress to look for a new mattress, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We knew this time around we likely wanted to go with a mattress made in the USA, but what we didn’t realize is that these mattresses are actually made right here in St. Charles at this very location, which made the decision even more meaningful to us. We visited on a Sunday and were greeted by a very friendly staff member, Jeff. It turns out he is the owner, and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to ask several questions about our sleeping preferences and then guided us through the showroom in a thoughtful order to help narrow down our options. Very informative without feeling pressured to buy. It was obvious to both of us almost immediately when we laid on the fourth mattress that this was going to be our choice—we didn’t feel the need to look anywhere else! The service and care we received were impeccable from beginning to end. Jeff even gave us his cell number for questions, and he responded almost immediately with detailed answers, which really showed his commitment to customer service. Delivery and setup were smooth, and the drivers were great as well. We are extremely happy with both the service and our new mattress and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a quality mattress and outstanding customer care.

Our sales associate ERIN SMITH was top notch!! From the moment my husband and I walked into the store she greeted us with a smile and a NO pressure welcome. She then asked us what kind of mattress we were interested in and started to show us different mattresses. The BEST part was her explanation how our mattress could be CUSTOM made to our comfort level! AND we ALSO got an unbelievable price!! I highly recommend VERLO and ERIN SMITH for your NEXT mattress at the St Charles location!

Great experience shopping for a new mattress at the St. Charles store. Erin was very knowledgeable and professional! Our mattresses arrived yesterday and were installed by 2 Verlo professionals who also removed the old heavy jing size mattress. I just had my best night's sleep in years.

I got the ascend base for my dad. It is absolutely amazing and I couldn't find anything like it anywhere else. From sales to delivery customer service was excellent. Erin in sales was wonderful. Jack and Mike with delivery were excellent. Very happy with the purchase.
