Village Mattress

We recently purchased mattress from Chris. They have an excellent selection to choose from, and Chris explained all of our options. The process from mattress selection to ordering and delivery was flawless. We were very satisfied with the entire experience. As an added bonus it is nice that we were able to purchase the mattress we wanted at a fair price from a local merchant.

Chris is a great guy! He is knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He makes mattress buying as easy as it gets. I have purchased two mattresses from him and will keep coming back. I live 30 minutes away and it is well worth the drive! If you need mattresses, sofas, recliners, etc., Chris at Village Mattress is the man to see!

We just purchased a twin mattress for our young child from Chris at Village Mattress. It was such an efficient process, and his delivery guy dropped it off that same day! They have excellent customer service, and the owner, Chris, is very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses.

Came in from out of town to get a New mattress for my mom. I know I could have done this on line, but I wanted to ensure a smooth process. The team at Village Mattress could not have been more professional and personable. The quality of their selection is fantastic. Even the least pricey selection is of superb quality. I was not made to feel bad because I was asking for their more affordable choices. The process was unhurried with their complete attention, and no question was too silly or small. We walked out happy and confident that my mom will be comfortable in her new bed by the end of the week! I can not recommend Village Mattress any higher. Love my couch and the delivery crew was great, but some of the non-owner employees exhibit poor communication and customer relation skills. She debated with me over the phone when I called and because she was unclear I had to call the store twice. In addition, I was frustrated after I bought a $189.00 pillow from her and decided to return it. The pillow was unopened, untouched and in the original packaging, but when I attempted to return it she said I could not return the pillow. She suggested I ask the owner at a later date when he was in the store. I did that and he confirmed a no return policy for pillows. I would NOT have purchased any product from her had she informed me I could NOT return it. I saw no posting of a “no return” policy for pillows at the store either. I apologise if the “no return” policy is posted and I missed it somehow. She is the reason I gave the store a “3” rating.
