The sales person was very nice but the service he provided was at the speed of a snail. He did not listen to me when I explained to him how things were being done financially instead he kept going to an office and telling us he would be right back without letting us know what he was going to do so about an hour and a half or so later we figured out what he was doing and he was relaying incorrect information and so we wasted an hour and a half of our time sitting there. I have been shopping there for probably 10 years and made multiple purchases there they have great deals but It appears the sales person‘s commission is priority over the customers satisfaction. I also explained that I was going to go get a U-Haul truck so I could pick up the items that day he made no suggestions to me he could’ve directed me to talk to the shipping department Or something but instead I rented a truck and it was too small so I had to make two trips so that took up twice the amount of time and I had to spend twice the amount of gas in mileage. The warehouse team is great and the lady at the front desk is very professional and nice. I will be back for the deals but if you want good service don’t hold your breath.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. They claim returns are simple and that customers are “protected,” but that is absolutely not the case. You’re heavily encouraged to buy under the impression that refunds are no problem, only to find out later that they do not issue refunds at all. Instead, they charge a restocking fee and only offer a store credit with an expiration date — about four months, which is completely unacceptable for such overpriced items. If you don’t use it in time, you lose your money. To make matters worse, the general manager Angelica was incredibly rude and dismissive. She made it very clear she didn’t care about my concerns or even about receiving a negative review. That level of attitude alone is enough to warn others. Save your hard-earned money and shop elsewhere. Be aware of their policies before purchasing.

I found my sales representative "Bliss" to be very helpful and attentive. She frequently checked on my needs and asked me if I wanted a bottle of water. She was not pushy or overwhelming, but, was very professional and supportive.

Arrived and wasn’t pressured into anything. Representative was helpful in finding what we were looking for. Was able to find it and made our purchase. The people delivering our furniture was on time and let us know when they would be arriving. They assembled our table/chairs and 2 dining room sets and was very careful not to damage anything. All items were reasonably priced. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience.

We had a great experience at Walker Furniture. There was a sale on the item we wanted so we were happy to get the sale price. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to Walker Furniture in the future.
