Walker Furniture & Mattress

The customer service was great!! Our salesman was named Alma and she was very patient with us, I spent over an hour, choosing a couch but what I loved about having her as Our sales person was that she never pressured us to buy a couch but continued showing us around, showing different for options of what we were looking for And she definitely understood that our money to us is valuable, and that we needed to land on something that we loved and she was very hospitable. In the end we bought our beautiful couch here at walkers and it did not disappoint

Worked with Josh (and also with Alma). Both were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about a new reclining mattress. There are so many choices. It definitely takes someone to walk you through them. Josh and Alma were very helpful, proactive and followed up beautifully they delivered on everything they promised. I’m still waiting for the bed to be delivered, as I just ordered it today. However, I couldn’t be happier I tecommend Walker furniture, and Josh (and Alma)!!

Excellent customer service, very friendly approach, knowledgeable, no pressure it was a very good experience. The prices was very competitive. The showroom was impressive. Michael is very attentive to details help us get a good deal on a coach! I highly recommend Walker to anyone who is interested in shopping for furniture.

We went to look and wasn’t sure if we would find anything but we ended up finding a great couch and loveseat. Richard helped us and was very helpful! We also bought a couple of chairs for our office. Great price for everything. I love the couches and chairs. Delivery was faster than expected and communication was great!!

The salesperson listened to what our specific need was in chairs and size of the table. Ahe showed us what was available and didn'ttry to up sell us. Appreciated there wasn't any pressure to make a decision. We did go to other stores before and after before returning to make the purchase.
