The purchase process was easy because they had a display in the show room and all of my questions were addressed. They were flexible with my schedule for delivery. Although he did not arrive at the time of expected delivery, that often occurs with furniture delivery anyway. He did text me when he was about 30mins away from my home, which was very considerate and I appreciated it. The total process took about 2 hours, including his arrival, set up, assembly, demonstration of how it works, addressing my questions regarding it's placement and clean up. Cesar, the deliverer was very friendly, patient, polite and professional. He followed all of the contact precautions we are expected to during the pandemic and it made me feel comfortable and that he respected me and my home. I just woke up from sleeping on it for the very first time and I love it! I live in a studio apt and before I had a sleeper sofa. My sleeper sofa only had a thin 2inch mattress and railing for support. I only lasted on that for 8 months. The sofa on this item is surprisingly comfy, and the only critique I have for it is I wish the sofa was a little longer for comfort. But it's not a big deal. Love my new dual murphy bed and sofa !

I purchased a lovely wallbed and matching cabinets with desk from Wallbeds N More Pasadena. It is a dream room come true for me. I have never had anything so nice. It works well and looks beautiful. I am not going to lie it is a little pricey but it was well worth it and if you want something nice and long lasting you have to pay a little more. This company, from the sales person Chris Miyata, who know what she is doing. Not by over selling but selling a product she knows. Chris is very personable and answered all my questions. Up the ladder to Stephanie the owner who designs and runs the builds and installations takes time to talk to me on the phone. I love the design she came up with for me. I am impressed by her #1 man Caesar and his helper who were so professional came on time installed the furniture so neat and tidy who I can call any time for anything that may go wrong or when I need some advice about my new furniture. They are a great company I highly recommend them for all your wallbed needs. Check them out in Pasadena CA. The experience at this location was Fantastic! From the moment we walked in it was smooth sailing. I had done a lot of research prior so I was well informed . They answered all our questions, we then placed our order. The bed was ready at the start of Covid restriction and they were very gracious in waiting till we were comfortable with having it delivered and installed. The piece is beautiful and I wonder why I didn't do it sooner , my answer I was looking for the right store /staff and I found them . Thank you again !

We ordered an awesome queen size bed, professionally installed on time. One of the gas pistons was defective, and failed within the first four months. I contacted the company on a holiday weekend, and within 24 hours they had someone on location replacing the piston free of charge and apologizing for the trouble. These guys drove hours to get to my place, and it's the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Highly recommend going with this company. Thanks to Chris, Ceaser, and all the crew.

I have been very Happy with the quality and Service from Wallbeds. I have had my Desk Bed for over two years and we use it everyday for a desk and have guests who sleep on it about every few months. It is still very strong and in great shape. I recently moved and called them to move it to a new home and I called up and easily scheduled an appointment for moving the bed. He came out and removed the bed piece by piece and was very clean and protective. Everyone I have worked with at Wallbeds has been very nice and helpful. I looked at another place in Ontario which had a desk bed but it was no where near the quality of the unit I had built for me at Wallbeds. I am very proud of my Desk and very happy with how it had held up all of these years. I would highly recommend the products. The quality you receive is top of the line. Everything is solid and is built to last.
