Out of any store I've been at in my entire life, this is the most helpful, honest, respectful team. No matter who's working, they're always kind, never overbearing, let you take your time, and also don't pressure you. I want to personally thank one of the staff members who helped me replace a Casper Glow because I was a fire victim. The kindness felt very genuine and human. My family and I have gone here over the years for pillows, mattress, and their light system because I know the experience will be stress free and if there were any issues after purchase, they would help the best they can. Bravo for how they run their store!

i bought a bed -- mattress, frame, etc. -- today after a couple weeks of consideration. Rosie (aka Rosa) went above and beyond with helping me -- emailing me estimates, adjusting them as needed, recommending options honestly, even giving me a heads up when the inventory was getting low. she eventually spent an hour with me on the phone, making sure everything was right. it was the kind of customer service i simply don't see much anymore. she was wonderful! give this woman a raise! and thanks again for a lovely experience!

After a full day of mattress shopping, my family and I stopped into Casper and were blown away by the exceptional service we received from Iliana. We had our energetic 4-year-old with us, and Iliana went above and beyond by engaging our daughter with such warmth and kindness. My husband and I were able to test out the mattresses in peace (something we hadn’t experienced anywhere else!). If you’re considering a Casper mattress, go see Iliana. She'll make your shopping experience genuinely enjoyable!

I went in tired and weary and came out light and hopeful! Looking for a new mattress and Ileana was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I was having trouble articulating exactly what I was looking for but after trying out a few beds she was able to hone in on exactly what I was looking for. I am really appreciative to Ileana for her time and expertise! Nothing beats good customer service
