Mattress City 5

This place is a scam. They have the signs out everyday saying there is a “blowout sale”. When I asked what the blowout sale was, the salesman didn’t answer my question and changed the subject. He told me box mattress are terrible and proceeded to sell me on a box mattress. He didn’t have any sale on the mattress. They delivered the mattress and it had a hole ripped into it. Then I showed him the price of the mattress at the mattress firm website and that he upsold it by hundreds of dollars he shrugged at me like I should have known I was going to get scammed and it’s too late. Do not go here! It’s cheaper online. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Come and ask for Michael the manager. He really helped us to choose the mattress we like and he is the professional. Definitely recommend you guys come and pick your mattress!

I had been shopping around for twin mattresses for my kids, when I decided to stop by Mattress City. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the questions we had. He let is know all the great deals they had and we ended up buying 2 mattresses that day. Great service and great price!

Mike was super helpful the first time we came in. He suggested we try a new frame instead of selling us a bed we didn’t need. He naturally earned out business when, just a few months later, we decided we needed a new mattress as well. Mike has great knowledge of how the mattresses support different body types and directed us towards multiple options that would work. He never pushed any based on price and made concessions based on being repeat customers. On top of it all, Mike juggled 3 different customers at the same time while maintaining his calm while delivering great service to all of us. We were able to pick up 2 mattresses and will be back soon to replace 3 more. Thanks Mike!!

This was customer service at its finest. I am more than satisfied with the help of Michael and his associates. Michael was simply awesome with narrowing down the mattress I needed for my physical needs. Everything Michael explained with the differences of mattresses made my decision so simple and not to mention excited to finally get a good night of sleep. Michael is so informative that you won't second guess yourself when you decide on a mattress. Thank you Michael and Mattress City 5!
