This company has a truck driver that just almost crashed into my vehicle in Hillsboro, wi and once I pulled out and was behind them, was swerving down the street and almost hit a family getting out of their car. Speed limit on family road is 25, they sped off like they just finished a robbery and immediately were doing 40 mph, rolling stops through stop signs and many vehicles honking at them in my short drive to the gas station. CALLED OFFICE: says to press one to leave a message, but it only tells you the business hours and hangs up. FIRE THIS DRIVER AND FIX YOUR SYSTEM. I didn’t even order anything but I’ll be sure never to do so given this experience.

We were in a pinch when our fridge stopped working. Debi W. helped us in store to select the right replacement and was able to arrange very speedy delivery for us. She couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful! Install was seamless, and the delivery men were quick and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything!

Excellent, fast and reliable service. Every time we call for service, this team exceeds our expectations. Always happy to service your appliances. Others in the area, don't do that, they always have some excuse. I know where I am going to buy appliances as well! Call this team, they are great!

Bought a refrigerator from this place after being told that it would be over 2 weeks for their technician to come look at what we owned since we didn't buy from them. Took it home ourselves since it was a very long wait for delivery. 5 day old refrigerator hasn't worked correctly since we brought it home. Repair tech sent out to address problems, and order a damper that wasn't working and said he fixed the freezer door not shutting. Less than an hour after he left, freezer door still not shutting and fridge is beeping. Was told that it could be swapped out, and now told that isn't an option. Technician that came to my house told me that they will tell people that call for service on an appliance that wasn't purchased there that its a long wait, only to call them a day or two later to go service it. Nice, honest business practice right?

Found exactly what we were looking for at a great price and ready to be delivered when we need it. Very happy with our experience and will definitely be a return customer.
