We worked with Vinny at the Tomah, WI location to find a new couch that was right for us. Vinny was great! Very informative, patient, eager to assist in any way he could. Just an all around good person! Rare to come across these days! Will definitely return based on our interaction with Vinny!
View on GoogleGreat service today at the store in Tomah, Wi! Was lucky to have the same sales person, Kirsten Macke, that we had a few months ago when we were looking for a new mattress. She was a wealth of information and remembered our discussion from before. Bought a new mattress and two new pillows.
View on GoogleStopped into the Tomah location to look at loveseat recliners and a mattress Wendy offered her assistance and suggested I take off my jacket and lay on the bed just like I was at home. I followed her advise and purchased a new Queen mattress and it will be delivered Tuesday. Can't wait to sleep on it!!!!!
View on GoogleKirsten was our sales person showing us several power beds and various mattresses to choose from, she was extremely helpful and delightful to work with as we compared several versions of the mattresses. We made our selection and moved on to purchase a dresser that was exactly what we needed. Great friendly shopping with her , we’ll be back to see her for all future needs!
View on GoogleBought a mattress from Slumberland. They dropped off the new mattress and picked up the old mattress for $40. Next day had to buy a new box spring.Sales lady seemed annoyed that I was in the store to buy something. Waited a week. They showed up to deliver and dropped off the new box spring by leaning against the front of my house and left. No phone call, no door knock. The plastic bag on the box spring has holes all over it. Called slumberland and I was informed it was $80 to have the old box spring picked up and that when the sales lady set it up she didn't put it in for old box spring pickup. They guy on the phone was short and didn't want to be bothered. I informed him to pick up the mattress as I no longer wanted it due to the shitty service. Don't buy from here. This is my 3rd purchase and none have been smooth.
