I came in with very specific measurements and criteria due to side table heights and other room details, and Meily immediately impressed me with her responsiveness, thoroughness, and patience. No matter how many questions I had, she remained consistently pleasant, positive, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right pieces that met our needs. What I appreciated most was her flexibility — she made herself available by email, phone, or text, always adapting to whatever communication style worked best for me. I originally thought I wanted one particular brand, but being able to explore so many options with her guidance helped me discover what truly fit our space and needs and not feel overwhelmed. Meily is a wonderful listener, and her thoughtful approach helped us to reach a decision that we extremely happy with. It was also clear that the Willis team supporting her is equally connected and dedicated. The communication and updates throughout the process were excellent, and the service felt seamless from start to finish. Our new furniture has not only met, but has exceeded our expectations. Hyper intrusive, pushy, borderline harrasment...super uncomfortable. The floor sales women while very kind, bombarded us and wouldnt allow us to look and try things out without asking constant questions. We clearly communicated we were just looking and kept walking away from her. SHE FOLLOWED US AROUND THE STORE THE WHOLE TIME. Prices are rather high but the pushy sales style really drove us away. Actually we speed walked away.

Can’t say enough good things about Billy Liles who helped me buy a new dining room table. He is very knowledgeable, personable and so patient as I figured out exactly what I needed and wanted. No high pressure sales. He just wanted to ensure I was happy with my final choice. I would highly recommend you ask for Billy if you shop for furniture at Willis Wayside. I would give him more than 5 Stars if I could.

Ericka was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us so diligently in selecting the perfect living room furniture, taking the time to understand our style, preferences and needs. She was extremely patient as well as knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed throughout the process. Her recommendations were thoughtful and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Teresa was a huge help in assisting us looking at various options. Also was big help with fabric selection. Very pleased with Willis and Teresa - felt very comfortable with the entire process, the quality of the sectional we ordered, and with Teresa. Well done team Willis! 😃
