Damien made us feel immediately at-ease. We actually visited the store 3x before making our decision. The Spinks mattress is incredible, but it was really the combination of Damien, Dominique, and store manager, Alex, who earned our trust. They set us up right without feeling like they were trying to sell us anything. I'll tell everyone I know who is in the market for a new mattress to do themselves a favor and go to Mattress Warehouse.

Alex was attentive, informative and quick to help us. He showed us the different models of tempur-pedics. We are so excited to receive our new bed this weekend thanks to all of us incredible help.

Alex was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy! He gave us lots of information and suggestions and then gave us space to make our decision without pressure, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend, they were wonderful to work with and I can’t wait for our new mattress to come in!

DJ was excellent with a passion for customer service. He helped us with a mattress for our long overdue household renovations.
