Wills Creek Big Warehouse

Do your self a favor and avoid doing business with is furniture store . I spent almost $7,000 on two bedroom suits and was charged around $450 for a delivery fee and would have had no problem until they delivered a bunch of box’s full of stuff that has to be put together. They NEVER ONCE SAID IT WOULD BE IN BOXES FOR ME TO ASSEMBLE! I would not have bought it period. They first said they would refund the delivery fee then called back and said they were not going to refund the delivery fee and refused to make it right . You might as well order Wayfairing get free delivery if you want to put your own furniture together for half the price ! I bought more furniture that was better quality for less money at long furniture and not only did they deliver $125 everything was assembled and set exactly where you wanted it . I will never make the mistake of buying from “Big Warehouse” again .

If you’re an African American do not waste your time! I’m new to the area from Ga and have strongly noticed Alabama is indeed racist! So when I pulled up, I made sure (Sadly) they could see my 2026 truck , to avoid the Stereotyping. I went in I was not greeted, the slim lady with blonde hair was helping a male and female customer. I walked around being I was looking for a recliner, I’m 5”11 and needed something for someone tall. By the time I made it to the other side of the store because when I came in I went to the left. The blonde was now talking to a heavy set woman less than 8 feet away from me. She still had not acknowledged me. I even set in multiple recliners to show my interest, still nothing she looked at me and continued to talk. After 10 minutes I started to walk out & stated, Well I guess my money isn’t green! I went to Long Furniture & paid 800.00 cold cash and the sales lady at Longs Furniture Was just amazing!! If you’re African American & want new furniture shop with Long Furniture in Rainbow City!! They actually are very sweet down to earth people!!

My first visit. Amy was a great deal of help and very patient as I can sometimes become overwhelmed with many choices. There is a lot of inventory all excellent price points. The inventory is high quality for a better price that many other stores. I highly recommend this store and I will return to purchase more times for my home remodel.

Buyer be aware! I went into this store today to look for a sofa sleeper and the women who works their is very very rude... Didn't get her name, but I found out thru other furniture stores , that this is a problem every wk from people.. she needs to be fired, but she probably is part owner of the store. I don't know how they stay in business. Plus there prices are almost twice as much as other stores.. I would run!!!

Helpful sales staff, nice selection and good prices! If you are in the market for new furniture, you need to check them out.
