Mattress Firm East Gadsden was highly recommended by two other customers that are friends of mine. My friends were right and I can't wait to recommend Mattress Firm to other people. When I called the first. person talked with was Johnny who was so polite and interested in what I asking and assured me that he would get me to a sleep expert. Then I talked with Adean who was so knowledgeable and I could tell was listening to everything I ask. As she answered she would make sure that I understood. She was nice enough to talk with me for an hour. My wife and I are handicapped and it is hard for us to go out to a store like Mattress Firm and lay down on different beds. Because of Adean we were prepared to purchase. When we got to the store Adean welcomed us with that big smile and started showing the beds we thought we were interested in. Then Liz introduced herself and and told us what we had ask and she had prepared in writing other questions and suggestions that we had not thought about. Between Adean and Liz, they guided us through one of the most satisfying buying experiences that we have had. I thought it was going to be so confusing and hard but it was smooth as glass. I ended up spending more money than I planned to but I am so glad that I did. Thank you Johnny, Adean and Liz.

Isaiah was a big help today. He talked us through every option for the mattresses we came in for. Gave us an even better price than we anticipated on the sticker. He was patient as our kids tried out mattresses and let us take our time in deciding. We bought 2 mattresses about 2 years ago for a bunk bed, and received the same great service today that brought us back when it was time to change the other mattresses in our home

Isiah was super friendly and very knowledgeable when I came into buy a new mattress today. I had not bought one in fourteen years, so I had a lot of questions. He explained the difference between the box spring, foam, and hybrid models. He gave several recommendations without any sales pressure. The sales promotion savings for 4th of July week were signifficant, plus free adjustable bed frame. I also purchased sheet set & mattress protector, and was able to stay within my budget. Would highly recommend Mattress Firm business here in Gadsden.
