I want to give Steven a shout out! We have been in twice and both times, he has helped us so much! First with new living room furniture and most recently, we were in a pickle with our mattress. He showed us several options and even pointed out a final markdown. We ended up purchasing the markdown after he suggested it. These people are good people. I have been doing business with them for well over three decades!

The prices are better than what you find online and their warranty unbeatable. Delivery time? Less than 4 hours from purchase. Bought 2 couches in the afternoon and they delivered the same evening. The delivery guys that brought them were awesome, ridiculously helpful, polite and on it. They thoroughly explained how all the warranty work and service would be done if ever needed. Gave us great tips, showed us how to operate it, and everything in between. I’ve had less explanation on warranty and service when buying a new car 😂. Will likely buy everything we need from this place. 1 million stars.
View on GoogleI had a negative experience at this location a few years back. Anyways to the new review, my wife and I went to fort Worth to look at lazy boy recliners and found what I wanted. I was a little bit sticker shocked so I went home to think about it over night. Luckily for me they don't let you pay over the phone. So I'm going through granbury and figured what the heck let's try woods furniture and mattresses again. I'm thankful I did, I was met by a very nice gentleman. I told him my dilemma and asked can he custom order the chair I wanted and price it, he told me yes. He then told me lets go look at what we have in stock, nothing that I wanted. He was so helpful giving me the details of what I needed, then gave me the price and I had shock the other way. The price was great, I had to confirm multiple times what the price was. I ordered immediately. I then told him I had a reminder but had issues, he said they also do the repairs. I feel like this store went above and beyond to provide me great customer service. They fixed my recliner in a very timely manner, my new recliner took a few months to come in which wasn't a problem the gentleman was very upfront about the delivery time. Super glad I got it before Christmas. I can recommend this place, I will say it is my understanding that they price match within reason so that's also a great plus. We need a bed frame, I will be going up there in the next week or so to buy one. Thanks so much for the great customer service. This review I feel is very warranted and warned
View on GoogleThey said 7 to 10 days. Then when you ask about your bed they say 3 weeks. Don't use them if you want your stuff in a reasonable time. Especially don't use the young lady she'll lie to you.
View on GoogleYesterday, I went by Woods to see if they had a sectional to replace mine that had stopped working. I was greeted right away when entering. I showed them a picture of the sectional I was replacing in hopes they had something that looked similar. The employee instantly told me where one was located in the store. It was perfect! She answered all questions I had then I purchased it. They delivered it for free this morning and put it together for me. The delivery men were very polite and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it and everything was working perfect. Great experience!
