Mattress Firm Weatherford Marketplace

Today, we were looking around for mattresses in the Weatherford area. We went in to both of the Weatherford locations and were very impressed with the level of amazing customer service each one provided. All the employees were extremely polite, not pushy, knew their product and were very helpful. My husband and I were very impressed!! We did end up and purchase a mattress from Matt at the Weatherford Marketplace location. He was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed talking with him. He didn't push us to any mattress, but was able to guide us with our needs. Who knew buying a mattress would be so fun and a overall great experience!! Thank you Matt, we appreciate all the time you spent with us today!!

Went in to look for a bed a few months ago. Jonathan helped us in so many ways! He gave good advice, and we picked out a bed with which we are truly happy. Now, a few months later, we have an small issue. Went straight to Jonathan who is working hard to resolve it. He has great integrity and will give you his best. I highly recommend this store, Jonathan as a sales person, and the Mattress Firm products.

Charles was awesome!!! He was very kind and knowledgeable about what he was selling. He also made sure to get us what we wanted for the best price!!! This was my first time financing a mattress and he made it seamless.

Fabulous Customer Service! We took our 90 year old Mom into the store looking for a new mattress. We needed one not too soft, not too hard and not too tall. Matt helped us find the perfect solution! Matt helped me find just the special sheets I needed for a bed that was gifted to us! He took the time to go look to actually see if they were in stock while I held on the phone. He had a marvelous personal review and told me of others that were on google. He seems to be an amazing young man and honestly in the 67 years I’ve been on this earth and 39 years of the 67 being married I assure you, I’ve never spent Over $300 on a pair of sheets. However, his recommendation was 100% perfect. His words and actions showed me he was a good Christian man and he spoke highly of Mattress Firm. Thank you Mattress Firm and again thank you Matt!
