Mattress Firm Weatherford

They were extremely helpful and patient with me while trying to find the best bed... will get the bed tomorrow. So will update when they do that Bed arrived and there was a couple of things I was disappointed with. Mainly with the delivery people. 1) I was told I would get a call before they arrived. But didnt. Not a big deal just I have 3 large dogs and running around trying to get them outside was definitely exhausting. 2) we paid for the bed protector but they didnt install it. Left it in the package on the floor. So I had to install it. I was told they would do that for me.. but again not a huge thing but definitely was disappointed. I should have said something but I was working and in a meeting at that time so was trying to rush. I will give another update once we have slept on the bed for a couple of days

I spoke with Bob over the phone and told him exactly what I was looking for and he knew what mattress was right for me. When I laid on it, it was perfect. Bob was very pleasant to talk with and very helpful. Jackie helped me when I went to the store. Bob was off but had everything documented so Jackie knew what to help me with. Jackie was friendly and sharp. She answered all of my questions without hesitation. It was a great experience. Thank you!

Bob is AMAZING!!! I needed to find a bed and mattress quickly for my Dad who had to go in memory care over the weekend. Called the store just too see what potential options there might be and Bob got me hooked up!! He was so patient, kind, and empathetic to my situation. He helped me pick out a hybrid mattress and adjustable bed over the phone. Was able to confirm delivery within 2 days, for Sunday(!) delivery. And got me all paid and scheduled under 15 minutes with a $300 discount! Bob and his help were the ONLY good things that happened that day. Today the bed was delivered and set up exactly on time. The delivery guys were sweet as pie! 10/10. 10 stars! You got me as a customer for life.

Bob was able to find me a Temper-Adapt 2.0 Hybrid Mattress at a wonderful value. I am so happy and will be a lifelong friend. I will also refer my friends and family because Mattress Firm Rocks....

Joshua Jaqueline was awesome. Helpful. Listened to exactly what we wanted and actually did it. No arguments. Didn't try to talk us into something different or more than what we were looking for. The mattress firm across the freeway was horrible.
