Wow Furniture Lansing

Let me start off by saying Kayla is amazing and super helpful with the purchase of my new couches. I am giving 5 stars for her service! however during/after delivery and set up I notice a smudge of fingerprints I am super disappointed and dissatisfied about… I hope this can be corrected for future customers to not have to deal with cleaning brand new white furniture.

Had furniture delivered back in March that was missing a piece, i call every two weeks trying to get it resolved and im told every time they’re waiting on the warehouse. 3 months…..they never follow up and ive literally shopped and spent so much money I can’t keep track over the last 7years! Horrible customer service and experience!

I had a wonderful experience from walking in until I walked out. Mason had great customer service and made the experience getting new furniture a breeze. Highly recommend getting furniture from here they have very reasonable prices and many options to pick from.

I paid cash and they left the boxes there and one of the drivers said to my old deaf father "no tip? Update and reply to the reply. I cannot fathom the big falls it takes to try and justify this I bought from wow before and every other company and they always take the boxes since they conveniently have a large box truck and or something maybe price would be discussed before hand ...i gain nothing from misleading or flat out lying I'm for the advancement of the community only

Mason is hands down the most exceptional salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with! His product knowledge is unparalleled, and he has an uncanny ability to understand exactly what you're looking for. His enthusiasm is infectious, and his dedication to finding the perfect solution for each client is truly impressive. Mason's professionalism, courtesy, and patience make him a standout in his field. I've referred countless friends and family to him, and they've all been thrilled with their experiences. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, look no further than Mason!"
