Let me start off by saying Kayla is amazing and super helpful with the purchase of my new couches. I am giving 5 stars for her service! however during/after delivery and set up I notice a smudge of fingerprints I am super disappointed and dissatisfied about… I hope this can be corrected for future customers to not have to deal with cleaning brand new white furniture.
View on GoogleHad furniture delivered back in March that was missing a piece, i call every two weeks trying to get it resolved and im told every time they’re waiting on the warehouse. 3 months…..they never follow up and ive literally shopped and spent so much money I can’t keep track over the last 7years! Horrible customer service and experience!

View on GoogleI paid cash and they left the boxes there and one of the drivers said to my old deaf father "no tip? Update and reply to the reply. I cannot fathom the big falls it takes to try and justify this I bought from wow before and every other company and they always take the boxes since they conveniently have a large box truck and or something maybe price would be discussed before hand ...i gain nothing from misleading or flat out lying I'm for the advancement of the community only
