I’m soo pleased with the customer service and the whole process of me choosing some staple furniture pieces for my home. At an amazing deal too, for quality furniture! Rhyna was very professional, patient, and helpful from the first time I entered the store. She answered all my questions helping me explore what I wanted to fit the vision of space. Mo was also kind in making sure my furniture could be delivered in a very timely manner. The delivery guys (Wesin and Omar) were timely and professional! My home feels so cozy. 🥹🤗

It’s crazy how I pass this place up heading up the street to deal with Arron’s I am so mad at myself, but I finally stop in first my mind was blown with ms Kayla what an amazing, beautiful, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful, very patient person she was. Her whole focus was me That made me feel awesome. I thank her for the, you do not get good customer service no more. As I am walking through the store it is what there sign display W O W especially with the finance part for people like me that can’t drop down 1000 bucks to get what we need. What put the icing on the cake was Mr mason with me walking away with a penny down still being able to get 2 products in delivery I damn near falling out. I want to sincerely thank both team members for being excellent. See you guys soon thanks !! Adding my rug that goes with my furniture ms Kayla picked out .

Sooooo patient, it made me feel so comfortable to spend my money and I got good Quality furniture that I needed for my home. I will return if I need anything else.

The sales process was smooth, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and they made everything easy without any pressure. From the sale to the delivery, everything was flawless. The delivery team was on time, professional, and made sure everything was set up properly before leaving. The bed looks great and the quality is excellent. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend the Calumet City WOW Furniture location if you’re looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.
