I had such a great experience working with Lori Price at Zaks Home Outlet. I've stopped into the store several times the past year looking for random furniture pieces and for this particular purchase. She was there every visit and was always so friendly and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions, looked up items for me, and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. She was even available via email and text for questions about other furniture sets I had. Lori was off the day I decided to make a big purchase, but she had planned ahead and had my sales ticket ready to go. I threw her a bit of a curveball and decided to go with a completely different set. Makenzie, who helped me that day over the phone handled the change seamlessly, took my calls, and processed payment with zero hassle. Delivery was on time and the delivery team was wonderful. They set everything up perfectly, removed all the packaging, and took it with them. To top it off, the sales team followed up by email with a copy of my warranty for future reference. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and genuinely customer focused. Lori and the entire team were fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

We were very pleased with the service and the sofa we purchased from Zak's. Sierra was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. She responded promptly. Thomas and Josh did a great job moving our sofa into our home taking care not to damage anything. They were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Zak's for your furniture shopping needs.

Heidi is wonderful. So helpful! I went in and fell in love with a curio cabinet, only to find out they didn't have the matching stand. I asked Heidi about it, and she got it ordered for me! Spectacular service!
