What a great experience! We needed a mattress within 3 days so we googled mattress stores. Based on the solid 5-star reviews, we went to The Sleep Zone and we are so happy we did. Steve Stonick greeted us at the door and it was smooth sailing from there. We weren’t exactly sure of what we wanted and he spent a great deal of time with us, walking us through so many options with a variety of mattresses until we found the one that was perfect for our immediate needs. Steve was professional, very pleasant to deal with, and didn’t apply any high-pressure sales tactics while helping us work through our conflicting needs, offering suggestions along the way. Mark Matteau is fantastic to work with — he always takes care of us and finds the best deals without any pressure. It’s clear he genuinely wants to help his customers make the right choice. My husband and I were immediately greeted by a very friendly Steve when we walked into The SleepZone. After telling him we were looking for a Split King Adjustable bed he proceeded to show us one we both loved but was a little more than we wanted to spend. Steve then asked what type of mattress we liked, I prefer a soft one compared to a medium one Henry prefers. Steve directed each of us to different beds to lay down on and try. Since we were getting the Split King, we were able to get the type of mattress we each preferred! No more compromising!! Steve helped us make shopping for a new bed an enjoyable experience. He was very knowledgeable and patient and in no way was he ever pushy just to make a sale.

Our mattress shopping experience at SleepZone was great. David helped my wife and I narrow down the options to what we preferred. We were very happy with what we selected thanks to David’s guidance. Delivery was setup for the next day. The delivery men were friendly and professional. We are very pleased with SleepZone of Johnson City and our mattress. I highly recommend them!
