My experience is too long to write, but the lack of professionalism spoke volumes. My furniture arrived about two months later than expected. Delivery times were unprofessional (after 9pm on a week day). My orders would arrive missing pieces and my bedroom set was promised to have a chest & two nightstands but didn't come with either. Stating I would have to order separately and how i must've been confused. Spent over 10k with them to be treated poorly. Then they make it seem as if they are doing you a favor because their furniture is "discounted". P.S I also noticed they were very nice initially but after my 3day return policy ended they showed their true colors.
