After years of mid-range furniture, we are now more selective in our purchases with an eye for style and quality that will span many years. About a year ago, we stopped in and purchased two Himolla recliners. These are absolutely stunning, and we get comments from everyone who enters our home about their style and comfort. More recently, it was time for a bed upgrade. We selected an Elite Modern Zina leather upholstered bed and it was delivered and installed this week. Chris and his team are so easy to deal with and we are so satisfied with both of these purchases. When you are ready to “step up”, I highly recommend a visit to ELG. As time marches on, we will head there first for shopping on our next upgrade. It’s a 5 Star Experience!

We own 3 chairs! 2 recliners and a sectional! Love sitting on all of them! Never had any issues until 3 weeks ago. Chris and his team, Suzanne, rose to the occasion and took care of the brains of our chairs under the warranty and did so with 2 trips to our home and an over night shipment with the part. We are back reclining and relaxing has never been better. Thank you!!!!!!

I was extremely impressed with this store. The showroom is beautifully curated. Their selection of Stressless pieces is the largest I've seen. They also have a few other high-quality brands that are very unique. The customer service was also fantastic. Chris and Daniel were extremely knowledgeable about their products. If you’re looking for furniture and a top‑tier shopping experience, this is the place to go. I’ll absolutely be returning.

I need more than 5 stars! The customer service at European Leather Gallery is unmatched. My Stressless sofa needed repair. After learning the hard way that the the local store where it was purchased was unable to fix it, Stressless HQ put me in touch with Chris McNair at European Leather Gallery. Chris got my problem resolved in the most professional and timely manner imaginable. I cannot say enough about the quality of service he provided. Chris single handedly took me from being a fairly disgruntled customer to being a huge fan of the Stressless product. I will be going to European Leather Gallery for any future purchases.
