We needed a new low profile box spring. Jamarris was so thoughtful, kind and helpful. He listened politely and addressed all my questions and concerns. He made suggestions, checked about availability and on Thursday we will be receiving our new box springs! Thank you for such a great salesman and company. He also had a great sense of humor!!
