I bought a king size tall harmony pillow (mentioned several times to the staff) this afternoon. Came home and found out she gave me a regular size. Okay, then I drove 30 minutes back and asked for a replacement. They did not have one in stock, so I asked for a refund. The whole experience was just waste of time and money. Maybe double check the product before handing it to the customer. Was that a hard thing to do?

Service was great when persuading us to buy the mattress. The team was very attentive and listened to our needs. But after spending over $6,000, the experience completely fell apart. The delivery has been a problem from the start. Our first mattress arrived opened and damaged. We were forced to file a claim as if the issue were our fault. It has now been four weeks, and we still have not received anything. When we called the store for help, André was completely uninterested in assisting us. He simply said he could not help and ended the conversation. No follow up. No resolution. As of today, we have no mattress, no platform, nothing. This has been a terrible and disappointing customer experience, and certainly not what we expected after making such a large purchase.

Just to preface, this review is no reflection on the staff. The man who helped us was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We had purchased two Dreamlayer pillows as we found these provide excellent support for our necks. These had a horrible off gassing smell when coming out of the bag, however this is to be expected with these boxed mattress and pillow products nowadays. We set these up in our pillow cases excited to see how we slept and went to bed. My wife (who has asthma) woke up several times in the night with coughing fits worse than when she has been sick. She didn't have a fever so I thought maybe it had something to do with the new pillows. I decided to open them up and found this white powder inside of these pillows that appears to be the cause of her coughing fits. Purple claims that this is non toxic and safe however, after going back to her old pillow she has no issues. They do allow returns but require you to try the product for 21 days. This leaves us with this potentially harmful pillow for the next two weeks. Very disappointed because I personally slept amazingly but will not continue to sleep on a pillow that is covered in a substance that irritates my wife's asthma.
