The worst decision I made was buying furniture from this store. The customer service was awful. They were very rude and unhelpful and showed a profound lack of empathy with helping us resolve our issue with the defective furniture they sold us. The mattress we purchased squeaks and sags, among other defects, making it impossible to sleep on. The bedframe we purchased looked nice in the showroom. However, in no time at all it started to show structural failure. The cheap low grade material caused the bed to wobble and shake with any little movement and eventually colapsed. We spent thousands of dollars on these items and they are of no use to us now. We made several attempts at respectively advocating for ourselves to find a middle ground and to turn a negative experience into a positive one. However, they made it clear to us that they only had their best interests at heart. We were just looking for a compromise to our immediate issue or an alternative that was fair. Instead their responce to this issue was more damaging than productive. We will never Shop at this store again or refer others to your business.
View on GoogleI looked for a long time for a bedroom set that I liked and finally found one at Amazing Furniture. Dealing with the sales people and the office workers was pleasant and easy. They're very nice, personable people. The delivery men did a great job bringing in the furniture and setting it up for me. I'm very happy with the furniture and the service I received.

View on GoogleWe bought a bedroom set and scheduled a delivery, the day of the delivery we received a call two hours before said delivery saying the driver was sick and our merchandise could not be delivered, we had moved all our old stuff and we are sleeping on the couch and now have to wait another 4 days. And now instead of a weekend delivery I have to take a day off from work. I paid 140+ tax for delivery plus 264 dollars for my day off on already a 2600 dollar bedroom set and all I got was an apology and a back ache from sleeping on the couch. Nothing Amazing about that. Will not ever purchase from here again.
