⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just bought a sectional couch from BoxDrop Shoreline Mattress and Furniture Outlet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Rob was the best — super helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and the prices were unbelievably great. Delivery was just as impressive. The delivery guy, also named Rob, was amazing. He brought everything into the house, helped put it all together, and was extremely professional and respectful. If you’re looking for quality furniture, great prices, and honest people who actually care about their customers, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back.

Dealing with Rob was a great experience. No pushy sales business. I needed something very specific. He talked through pros and cons of the choices he had for me. He knew sizes of furniture right off the top his head. Me being me still measured anyways and he was right every time. Quality was great and prices were very reasonable. When my husband came to pick up my item (they do deliver but I was in a rush) he also said how great he was. From someone who buys a lot of furniture… I was impressed and happy. Thanks Rob!

Cannot say enough good things about Dropbox In Montville . Rob was easy to deal with and the whole experience was pressure free and I left with the sectional I wanted at the lowest possible price...cannot beat the prices for quality furniture! Rob who delivered it was professional and got it in my home under less than ideal conditions. ..explained the set up and was Courteous throughout the whole ordeal. Highly recommend

You'd be hard pressed to find better prices anywhere in the area. If not in the showroom you can special order most all the same furniture as Bob's, Amazing, Gorins, etc. Even tho there's a no returns policy ; if something is defective Rob will definitely make it right to ensure complete satisfaction!!!

Rob was extremely helpful and pleasant. The furniture was top notch and he was not pushy at all. It took us a whole 30 minutes to pick out a sectional couch and schedule delivery. The prices are very affordable compared to other well-known stores, but the quality is MUCH better by a land slide. Highly recommend this shop before going to any “big box” stores when looking for couches/mattresses.
