Cheryl helped me pick out a couch. Which I also wanted recliners in, but I also wanted it to be a manual. She helped me find the perfect couch! My couch arrived perfectly. The delivery workers brought it in set it up and we’re so polite and nice. They did a great job as well! I’m so happy with my purchase! We all love our new couch and now we can recline comfortably and watch our favorite shows! Thank you, Cheryl, thank you delivery team and thank you to Gorin’s!

Ana was so great to work with. She's a wealth of knowledge! She was patient and so helpful when it came to matching fabrics, styles and colors. We've been to just about every furniture store in Southern New England and returned to Gorins for a beautiful dining set, bed, sofa & chair. We couldn't beat the quality or price anywhere else. Thanks for all your help Ana!

We went to Gorin’s on Memorial Day to buy a bed frame and mattress for our guest room. We bought living room furniture there in the past and were happy with the price and service. We were met by Cheryl who pointed us in the right direction. She was not pushy at all which was a nice relief. She did let us know what she thought about certain products (based on our needs) which was extremely helpful since we do not shop for furniture often. This really helped us narrow our decision down without second guessing. Otherwise we would have been in there for hours. They have a big showroom so it can be overwhelming. Their prices are very competitive so we will go back for future needs. This place is a hidden gem in Norwich.

I went into Gorins looking for a couch for my family room and met Walt. He was extremely helpful, understood what we wanted and directed us to the perfect furniture choice. The experience was easy and pleasant! Thanks again Walt!

I went to Boxdrop in Uncasville and ended up calling for a price on a sectional you had on the website. I talked with Cheryl and she said if I could spare 5 minutes to come in she had a couch in mind for my big family. Unfortunately, the couch would not fit my space. We went around looking for others that would fit my space. I fell in love with this certain couch but I wasn't sure I could afford it, and it was the wrong direction for my space. She was so patient measuring different pieces and trying to help find the best fit. Fortunately, she was able to get the chaise lounges on the opposite sides, and this would work for my space. I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks but I am so happy with my decision so far. I can't wait to see and feel it in my livingroom. I am anticipating the call to set up the delivery. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness Cheryl. Oh and P.S. thanks for dealing with 3 of my 5 crazy kiddos.
