After furniture store, after furniture store I finally found one that was very affordable with easy payment plan that wasn’t excessive on the interest rate. They didn’t go by my credit but my income. I had a great experience from start to end with exceptional customer service. Denis he was very helpful from the start and wasn’t pressuring at all! Delivery team Danny and rumi were also amazing setting up my furniture and very respectful. I would recommend 100/100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
View on GoogleBUYER BEWARE COMPLETE TRASH! WASTE OF MONEY! READ BEFORE YOU BUY **EVEN THE EMPLOYEE SAID THE FURNITURE WAS HORRIBLE. NOT GOOD QUALILTY. Update: Called COO & Corporate Customer Service Waiting to hear how this will be resolved before next step. * SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AND STILL NOTHING. 2 MONTHS LATER. WE EVEN FILED A BBB REPORT & HE ACTED LIKE HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. IM INCREDIBLY SHOCKED AT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ESPECIALLY NORA WHO IS NOT DOING HER JOB.THE OWNER STATED HE THOUGHT SHE WAS HANDLING IT.BS! It's now 1&1/2 month later and still no sofa or someone to come out an see what's wrong with it. A brand new sofa that we cannot use. They say that we have a warranty, why use a warranty for something that was delivered damaged and used The franchise owner never reached out as we were told by NORA. Have just been LIED TO the entire time. This place is a complete scam. The new sofa smells like old cheese and animal feces. There is no padding in the arms and the pillows are stuffed with what looks like pubes or animal hair. If you have a sofa from there unzip the pillows and be prepared for a shock. We are now being given the run around to replace a cleary used sofa that was delivered to us. They fired the entire staff now I have to suffer with this smelly sofa stinking up my new home. Asked to speak with the franchise owner who never returns your call.Next stop, lawyer if this is not resolved. The amount of NEW FAKE REVIEWS is LAUGHABLE. If as much time and attention were given to actual service and quality as it is to creating FAKE reviews this place would be great A complete nightmare. Ordered & Paid for 2 rugs & on the day of delivery was told that when we purchased they were actually NOT in stock. On the day of delivery they forgot one of my chest. Left trash at my front door ; they(Nick) said they would return and it is now 9:15pm. Obviously a lie. No phone call, email or any kind of communication. Garbage still at my front door which, I refuse to dispose of since it was their responsibility. Everyone seems pretty clueless and can not function if the manager is not working. The dresser that was delivered has multiple scratches and they never tightened the drawer handles(which actually seem to have holes too large). I won't even go into the sectional debacle. The desk set is wrapped in a wood look contact paper. Pure trash!!! We will be contacting the better business bureau as well as corporate. Save yourself the headache. Shop eleswhere!!!! Update: New drawers were deliver after 10pm. Although they were also chipped and peeling( pressed wood MDF),I do appreciate the delivery manager for keeping his word.
View on Google⭐ Review: Sears Service / American Freight Insurance Policy Extremely disappointed with the handling of what should have been a simple washer repair covered under my American Freight protection plan. At the two-year maintenance mark, a technician identified that the door gasket was failing — even though we’d had no issues. He said he’d order the part but couldn’t install it that day. I later contacted Sears and the insurance provider to schedule the repair. At that point, neither company seemed to know what part was needed — despite the technician’s initial diagnosis. Soon after, the washer started leaking, and I called again to explain that it was clearly the bottom door gasket. A second visit was scheduled for 7/18, with a promise of a one-hour heads-up call — especially important since their arrival window spans nine hours. I received no advance call. Instead, the technician rang the doorbell unannounced, and I told him (from my motorcycle) that I’d be right back. My 14-year-old daughter answered the door in the meantime, and the technician entered my home without my permission, proceeded with the inspection alone with my children inside (including my 5-year-old son), and took photos — all before I returned. When I came in, I was shocked to find him casually explaining he’d inspected the machine and would be ordering the part — again. This is the same technician who visited before and had already identified the part that needed replacement. The fact that he came unprepared, unannounced, and entered my home without consent is completely unacceptable. As a father, this was deeply uncomfortable. I had to ask him to leave my home. Since then, I’ve spent over three hours on the phone trying to report this situation through the proper channels. I am beyond frustrated and waiting to see if this will be handled appropriately. “To be determined,” but I felt this experience deserved to be documented now.
View on GoogleVery nice store with great employees that have a very kind attitude towards everything. Their furniture has amazing quality and prices are great. I will recommend to visit to see the best furniture and you might even consider buying something. The delivery people were also very excellent and convenient. I recommend this place
