I had a great experience at American Freight Newport News thanks to Chris! He was friendly, patient, and really helpful throughout the whole process. He made buying my bed set and recliner easy and stress-free, answered all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. America was the 4th furniture store we had been to. The first 3 were way out of our target budget. When we walked into American, Deonte greeted us, was friendly and helpful without hovering. When we decided what we wanted, he checked, made sure the recliners were on the premises so we could take delivery the next day. Great job, Deonte.

Deonte & Billy were super welcoming and made purchasing my new sectional a breeze! After shopping around and being assured by Deontate I wouldn’t find a better deal…I can confidently say this place has some of the best prices in town. Definitely will be back again anytime I need furniture!

I cannot say enough good things about American Freight Furniture in Newport News. We first came in back in November, and now here we are in December, and I’m still so grateful for the way we were treated.
Chris, the manager, along with his associate, King, went above and beyond for us. From the moment we walked in, they were professional, patient, kind, and genuinely willing to work with us no matter the circumstances. They didn’t rush us, they listened, and they truly cared about helping us find what we needed.
Because of their flexibility, understanding, and willingness to work with us, we were able to furnish our home during a very difficult time in our lives. Their help made a real difference for us.
The prices were the best we found anywhere, the products were great quality, and the customer service was exceptional. Chris and King were friendly, respectful, and did whatever they could to help us succeed.
