America was the 4th furniture store we had been to. The first 3 were way out of our target budget. When we walked into American, Deonte greeted us, was friendly and helpful without hovering. When we decided what we wanted, he checked, made sure the recliners were on the premises so we could take delivery the next day. Great job, Deonte.
