Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

April was just absolutely fantastic. Immediately, she was so kind, open, friendly and just so warm. I had one piece of furniture in mind and she led us right to it and we fell in love. April was so informative about the process and the warranty plan! She even led us to the most comfortable beds since my partner is loves his bobopedic beds. I can’t wait to receive our new couch! Thank you again April for your kindness and just your welcoming presence! It made all the difference!

Denise Jenkins was very friendly and very polite and helpful. ❤️👍 She greeted us as we walked over the kitchen set and answer all all questions and even shows us pictures and different colors the table came in and also we could get 2 chairs instead of the bench. We will definitely see her the next time we buy ❤️❤️👍👍👍👍. Thank you for helping us on our new kitchen set ❤️❤️👍👍👍

My experience at Bob's was delightful. I knew exactly what I wanted. When I was ready the customer care person, who was a very nice lady came over. She was so informative. I brought a dining room set at a ridiculously good price. Bob's has quality products and fantastic prices. I would go again were I to have the need.

My family & I visited the Glen Burnie store and was greeted by one of the kindest sales associates there (Denise). She was able to direct us to what we came there inquiring about. She was patient with us as we sat pondering over our 1st choice. She then made a few suggestions as we browsed throughout the store. Denise was helpful with us making our final decision which turned out to be EXACTLY What We Wanted. We were then introduced to the manager and the Acima Finance person (Stacey)who was also very nice & funny. The process was quick, easy & seamless. We are so pleased with our purchase and excited for its soon coming arrival.

We had a great experience! Michael C was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and wasn't pushy at all. He explained everything clearly. I Loved the little café they have in the middle of the store. What a great idea. We had a great delivery time frame.
