Jim immediately greeted us and helped us measure for a couch and a love seat. We found a display set that was on sale. Jim, the manager, and another gentleman helped us wrap the sofa and love seat and load it on to our trailer. We would definitely recommend American Freight for affordable furniture and great customer service!

We recently purchased a beautiful couch from American Freight in Altoona and had such a great experience from start to finish. Jim and Ameer were incredibly kind, honest, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. We walked in, found exactly what we wanted, paid for it, and had it loaded into our truck in less than 30 minutes! Another employee, Tony, even wrapped the couch for protection and took it apart into the exact number of pieces we requested to make transporting it easier. The customer service was outstanding, and the prices were very reasonable. We are beyond pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent service!

I was on the hunt for a bed for my son on 2/3 that was ready to take home, as I needed it asap. Trey and Trevy provided the utmost customer service with kindness. They were very knowledgeable about the product and willing to answer any questions that I had. I was very overwhelmed after shopping all day and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Just bought furniture from American Freight in Altoona PA. Very pleasant staff especially Jim who was VERY helpful in picking out what suited us the best. Store was very clean, stocked and organized.
