We had a great shopping experience. Dar was very knowledgeable and recommended the mattresses that best met our needs. He took the time to explain the differences and answered all of our questions. He was patient and friendly. Our mattress was delivered on time and the crew was friendly and quick.

Manager was incredibly helpful in helping me find what I wanted to start and then encouraged trying all different brands of the firmness I wanted (I've never mattress shopped before). I got to take as much time as needed and wasn't pushed into an answer that day. Came back 2 weeks later and he remembered me! Definitely recommend and loved my experience!

Salesman Dave Glidden did an unmatched job at finding me the perfect mattress after several failed attempts at other stores. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and clear in explaining everything in laymans' terms. After an unexpected shipping delay over a holiday weekend, he was prompt in contacting me with a resolution and a genuine apology. As for the mattress quality, I don't think I realized exactly how uncomfortable I was on my old mattress until switching to the one from American Mattress. I've gotten more sleep, and more quality sleep, in the past month than I have in the past year. As someone who did plenty of shopping around prior to my decision, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

Just purchased bed today, super excited to get it home. Dar was a great salesman explained the differences of mattresses. We tried all mattresses ended up with a split king. Experience at American Mattress was great, would definitely recommend.

Great experience shopping here. The store manager Dar was a pleasure to work with, answering all our questions and patiently allowing us to try all mattresses to find the one that fit our needs. He genuinely worked to understand our budget, our preferences, and what was comfortable for us rather than just sell and upcharge us. He made the whole mattress buying process easy and seamless and I would highly recommend anyone in need of a mattress to shop here.
