Chuck was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. Guiding us into the perfect Tempur Mattress and adjustable base! I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and would highly recommend thos local, family owned company!!
View on GoogleGo elsewhere! Ordered mattress on Black Friday. Thinking this is great, small family owned will support and keep business here. Received an original delivery date of 12/30 and was shocked by that date but went with it and was told “we will keep an eye on it and see if we can get sooner”. Not 1 phone call and tomorrow is 12/30. Had to make call ourselves only to find out no delivery. Now scheduled for 1/6 and can’t give you who is delivering or when because it’s 3rd party. Save your time and frustration by going to companies who can run a business effectively and efficiently. Here’s to hoping we get a mattress next week. If not we will be canceling and saving ourselves more time after reading the other reviews with same issues. Ugh should have started there! Update: 1/6 no mattress and had to reach out again myself for “good news we are looking at 1/17”. In what world is that good news?? Was told let me see what else we can do. I will call you back within 30 mins. Guess what, no phone call! Will be cancelling order and taking business elsewhere. Here’s to hoping they give me my money back
View on GoogleI rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really stood out for the wrong reasons. The owner came across as incredibly stingy — honestly one of the cheapest people I’ve ever encountered running a business. Every interaction felt uncomfortable, like every tiny detail was about saving a few pennies rather than providing a decent customer experience. That kind of attitude really shows and it affects the whole atmosphere of the place. Running a business is about service and respect for customers, not just squeezing every last cent. Unfortunately, that’s exactly how this place felt. I definitely won’t be coming back.
View on GoogleDo not order from this company unless you never want to receive your mattress. They are nice in the store but once you order and they say 3-6 weeks they ghost you. We ordered our mattress at the end of June and still haven’t received it and it’s now October. We have the called the store several times and half the time never received a call back. When we finally do the only update they have is that it’s still not in. Then we were told the truck got lost with the shipment. We finally took it to corporate who has taken weeks to get back to us to tell us they’ll give us 3% off almost a $10,000 order. We are close to just canceling our order unless they can do better. Please choose a more reliable company for your mattress needs.
View on GoogleDamon was great and helped us choose a mattress. It is a special order to take 4 to 6 weeks but hopefully it will be sooner. On August 22 I spoke with Kevin and he told me that the shipment would be in and we will have the mattress by the end of Labor day week, September 6. On September 2, I left 2 voicemails with no response. I called again and was told by Kevin that we're looking at September 16. He then put me on a 10 minute hold and I hung up. Damon called me and told me now the mattress won't be in till Sept 16 to Sept 30. I wanted to work with a local, family business but it looks like that may have been a mistake. They seem to have good reviews but I guess I don't get that.
