American Mattress

Really happy with this place. The salesperson actually knew what they were talking about and helped us figure things out without being pushy. Made the process easy. Delivery was on time. Overall, solid experience and would definitely recommend!

I ordered my mattress over 2 months ago. The guy never ordered my mattress and I'm pretty sure just stole the money. He apparently no longer works there and they wont tell me why. But it's very clear he was stealing. My mattress was never ordered to begin with. They keep giving me the run around. Im contacting my attorney tomorrow. I should get this mattress for free at this point.

I don’t want to trash this establishment, but I would advise against purchasing here. Gardner White offers the same products with same-day delivery at a better price.

Talked to Bobby, manager, on April 5th. Very informative for what we needed. Brought husband in on 4-9-25 to see what mattress he liked best. He’s having surgery the end of month and needs a very firm mattress. Robin was very helpful and we purchased what we needed and it will be delivered on April 11th. Very respectful, polite and wanting to meet our needs. Thank you American Mattress!

Our sales consultant, Robert Balgenorth, was very helpful. Took the time to explain the difference in mattress construction to my wife and I. No high pressure sales tactics at this store. Would recommend Robert (Bobby) and American Mattress for a very professional mattress sales experience. Bobby knows his stuff from A - Zzzz.
