American Mattress

Drew was very helpful and patient while picking a mattress of the kids. No need to shop around, they beat or match the price.

Austin was great and really took a lot of time helping us pick out a mattress that would work best for us. He did not try and pressure us into buying anything before we were ready. When we came back to purchase Nathan took care of our order quickly and professionally. Great service. I would recommend.

Great salesmanship. I felt like Nate took the time to extensively explain the various aspects of frames, coils, foam, and technologies regarding mattress purchasing. In addition, instead of me leaving the store and going to competitors to price compare, Nate was able to show me on the spot how US Mattress had the best priced options. The selection of options was vast and Nate was very knowledgeable about all of the products. I left feeling like I not only had a quality product but great savings as well. I highly recommend US Mattress. Nate was an excellent salesperson and representative of the company.

My husband and I had a very educational experience at our local US Mattress store. Our sales associate, Austin, was very knowledgeable about the structures of the beds, and pleasant to work with. The store has a unique system of organizing the beds from 1 (firm) through 10 (soft) . There were 200+ beds in the category I preferred, and Austin managed to bring that number down by the process of elimination, to 4. I am very happy with my choice, and after delivery, I have 120 days to really decide if it was the right choice for me! That’s a win win! There were no high pressure tactics, it was a comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend this store.

Excellent, knowledgeable service with no pressure or hassle whatsoever!! Austin was very professional and educated on all projects sold at this store (mattresses, bases, pillows, protective covers, etc) and provided us excellent service while letting us still make our own decisions. It was nice knowing that he doesn't work on commission so he just wanted to help educate us on the different mattresses and what they each offer and then let us decide what's best for us and see that we are satisfied. He also managed to get me a better out the door price than the other 2 mattress stores I shopped at for the same product. Thank you Austin!! I highly recommend US Mattress!
